Posh Workshops

In 2013, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act became a law. It defined sexual harassment, outlined the procedures for filing a complaint and conducting an investigation, and specified the appropriate action.
After the Supreme Court ordered guidelines, a law emerged that resulted in employers requiring to form an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at each office or branch with ten or more employees.
The Act established procedures and defined various aspects of sexual harassment, such as the aggrieved victim, who could be a woman “of any age, whether employed or not,” and who “claims to have been subjected to any act of sexual harassment.”
Mehernosh is a Certified POSH Enabler from VLegal, a resource institution for POSH Training Programs who is empanelled by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India. In this role, his objective is to spread legal awareness about POSH to the employees of an organization and conduct mandatory training programs of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013.
